Gary Gillot, Operations Manager, NSW was one of 10,000 cyclists who participated in the 2009 Sydney to Wollongong 90km bike ride held on the 1st of November. This event is held annually in support of people affected by Multiple Sclerosis and this year raised a record $2.8 million.  MS affects an average of 18 000 Australians.

Gary and two friends completed the event in just under 3.5 hours. Fortunately an early 6.30am start meant that the ride was over by 10am before the intensity of the days heat set in.
