Steritech has received accreditation for the Australian Wood Packaging Certification Scheme (AWPCS), which relates to the International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures, publication no.15 (ISPM15).

Steritech now has full accreditation to heat treat wooden packaging in its new heat chamber.  Our AWPCS Certification Number is 256. 

This allows Steritech to perform heat treatment on wooden packaging, used for export.  For example, pallets and packing timber.  The required treatment parameter is 56ºC in the core of the product for a minimum of 30 minutes.
